Ordering Info - Rentals
Local rentals are available within 30 minutes of
Areas outside of that, to a maximum of 1.5
hours away, will have a delivery charge
Some exceptions will be made
Ordering Info - Purchases
We take orders by phone, email or
in person
If you want a purchase sent to you, shipping will be at actual cost
Returns depend on item ordered
Setup
Setup can be
done either the night before or morning of your event
We will usually need several hours to set up your decorations
Pickup will be the
day following your event
If pickup must be the same day as your event, there will be a $50 extra charge
Please
coordinate with the Venue Manager for safe storage of the rental items after your event
Payment Terms
Deposits: cash, cheque, email transfer
Final payment is cash or email transfer only
For orders over $200, please ask about payment plans
Deposits for Décor: A 25% deposit is required at time of order;
refundable up to 60 days before your event
Deposits for Bouquets: a 50% deposit is
required at time of order;
not refundable after floral supplies have been purchased
Deposits for Purchases: must be paid in full
at time of order;
Refunds depend on supplier refund policy
