We Can Visit You
We understand busy schedules, one-car families, and having young children can make it harder for you to get out and about, so we are quite happy to bring our samples to your home. Or we can meet you at your reception site (we do like to visit your site to discuss set-up plans).
Ordering Info - Rentals
- Local rentals are available within one half hour of Orillia
- Areas outside of that, to a maximum of 2 hours away, will have a delivery charge
Ordering Info - Purchases
- We take orders by phone, email or in person
- If you want a purchase sent to you, shipping will be at actual cost
- Returns on unopened packages only
Payment Terms
- Payment is by cheque or cash
- A deposit of approximately 25% is required at the time your order is placed, payment in full upon delivery
- For orders over $200, please ask about payment plans
Setup
- Setup can be done either the night before or morning of your event. We will usually need several hours to set up your decorations.
- Pickup will be the day following your event. If pickup must be the same day as your event, there will be a $80 extra charge.
- Please coordinate with the Venue Manager for safe storage of the rental items after your event.
