Our goal is to help you have a beautiful, stress-free wedding. You get personal attention from beginning to end. We want you to enjoy your engagement and carry on your everyday life.

Everyone can use a little help, whether you know about weddings or not. We can give you as much or as little help as you need. It’s your wedding, you make all the decisions. No matter what size your wedding is, we will help you have a lovely wedding.

We can offer guidance on every aspect of your wedding, including:

• Help you stay within your budget
• Coordinate a theme that carries through all aspects of your wedding
• Source vendors and negotiate contracts
• Advice on protocol, such as invitation wording
• Do internet research for you, and bring you only the relevant information you want
• Last minute help to get everything done on time - such as prepare programs, wrap guest gifts, set up your reception hall, etc.
• We can also be there on your wedding day, making sure everything you planned goes according to plan

Every bride who books an initial consultation receives our Planning and Budget Guides

Brides who book a service package receive a personalized organizer binder with Etiquette and Style Guides, plus places to keep your contracts, ideas and notes

We have a variety of packages and “a la carte” services for whatever you need done. The packages can be customized to suit your needs - just let us know!

In addition to our meeting time, we will spend 3-4 times more hours working for you behind the scenes, sourcing vendors, reviewing contracts, doing research, or anything else that will help with your wedding plans.

How We Help

Planning a wedding can take many, many hours. Not too many people have extra time in their lives, what with working, commuting, families, working out, socializing, hobbies, and a host of other activities. A planner will save you both time and money, as well as bring you peace of mind that all details will be taken care of. 

Communication: Is key! Whether it is with vendors or family members, we will go the extra mile and act as a liaison, smoothing over the rough spots that inevitably pop up during the planning and wedding day. We will listen to you as you paint a picture of your ideal day.

Organization: Paperwork – it’s not for everyone, but vital to a well-planned wedding. To keep you informed, we have done a lot of surfing and research to bring you the most comprehensive information about planning a wedding. Did you know that not ONE website about ceremonies mentions signing your Marriage Certificate? You aren’t legally married until you do! We have included it in our Ceremony Guide. 

Budget spreadsheet – it’s easy to get carried away with wedding shopping. We will help you keep track of how you are doing and review future purchases with you to help you keep within your limits.

Personalized checklist/timeline – there are many pre-printed lists available, but we will take out the things that are not part of your plans, so you can focus on your unique plans

Guest and gift tracking is available, which can be invaluable for a large wedding

Efficiency: We manage the details; you only have to worry about the big picture

Vendor selection - based on your criteria, we will source vendors that meet your requirements, so you do not waste time on unsuitable vendors

Savings: We review contracts, looking for hidden charges. We work with vendors for discounts and/or extras. We will find you the items you are looking for at the best prices

Ideas: We will coordinate all aspects of your wedding for a unified flow. We will bring theme ideas to realization. We have lots of non-traditional wedding ideas
