What We Rent

We have a large selection of items for you to choose from. Many items will be customized with your wedding colours by adding flowers or ribbons. See the Gallery below for some examples. Here are the items we rent:

Arch: 6’6” high; includes flowers in white or ivory, mini lights, tulle and ribbons in your wedding colours (Also available in Just Greenery, Autumn Glory, Purple Passion or Christmas)

Urns: 3’ high white floor vases, white or ivory silk flowers, tulle bows and ribbons in your wedding colours (Also available in Just Greenery, Autumn Glory, Purple Passion or Christmas)

Candelabra: Includes 7 candles with choice of colours or white electric candles, white or ivory flowers, tulle bows and ribbons in your wedding colours (Also available in Just Greenery, Autumn Glory, Purple Passion or Christmas)

Pew Bows: choose from

• Small – plain organza ribbon
• Regular – Organza bow in your wedding colour with white or ivory tulle 
• Deluxe style – Mini bouquet style with white or ivory flowers and extra flowers added in your wedding colours and white or ivory organza bow

Basket: A white basket filled with white flowers; flowers and bows to go with your wedding can be added

Aisle Runner: 50’ cloth runner, 36” wide in white

Wedding Canopy / Chuppah: 8’ x 8’ x8’ canopy draped with white swagging. Add a swag in your colour, and bows or flowers around the poles

Centrepieces: Large is suitable for a head table, small is perfect for a cake or entrance table, small flowers matching your wedding colours can be added, available in white, ivory, Autumn Glory and Christmas

Wishing Well: Slot for guests to put in cards; covered in white lace and decorated with flowers and ribbons to match your wedding colours

Card Castle: This custom built castle has windows that light up and the flowers can be changed to go with your colour scheme

Card Cage: Top lifts up so guests can put in cards; decorated with flowers and ribbons to match your wedding colours

Cake Canopy: Add drama to your cake table with tulle draping over your cake (must be suspended from ceiling

Artificial Cake: 3 tier round cake in white or ivory fabric; we add ribbons in your wedding colours. Great for showers or when you don’t want to buy a real cake

Organza Table Toppers: Squares in a variety of colours, look great on tables up to 60” round

Organza Chair Sash/Bow: Tie a matching sash around your chairs - we have sashes that go with all our swag colours

Chair Covers: Banquet style chair cover, in crisp white poly linen

Chair Wrap: fits the taller chairs, in crisp white poly linen

Icicle Lights: Add lights to the head table, cake or gift table for a beautiful effect

Straight Lights: Wrap around columns or features in your hall

Mini Table Lights: Wrapped in tulle - they can be used straight to decorate a head table or wrapped around a cake or centerpiece

Columns – 6’: Wrapped in white tulle with greenery on top

Floral Swags: 6’ lengths of flower garland; use between columns, at the edges of head or cake tables, or decorate a hall feature, like a fireplace mantle

Backdrop: White, ivory or gold organza drapes with swags in your wedding colour, icicle lights and ivy

Head Table: White, ivory or gold organza skirting with icicle lights, swags and flowers in your wedding colour

Cake Table: White, ivory or gold organza skirting with icicle lights, swags and flowers in your wedding colour; also includes cake knives (yours to keep)

Gift Table: White, ivory or gold organza skirting with icicle lights, swags and flowers in your wedding colour; also includes wishing well

Tablecloths: We have round cloths to fit a 60” table and rectangle cloths to fit an 8’ banquet table. If you rent a minimum of $200 of decorations from us, we will rent the cloths at $5 each. Otherwise, they are $7 each. Quantities are limited.

Table Name Frame: don’t just number your tables, name them! Your guests will enjoy talking about the name of their table. We have over 30 categories with at least 25 names to choose from. It’s a simple silver 4x6 frame and we include the printing for you and will coordinate with our Seating Chart.

Seating Chart: a cloth covered 24x30 master seating chart, we will print your charts for you and coordinate it with our Table Name Frames.
